Changes on Campus

I guess I should step out of my office more often.  This is the big student center they are building on campus.  It seems I might not have been outside for a few months and poof, suddenly there is a big building going up.  I knew they were building there but for a long time there hasn't been anything visual.  I thought it was going to be smaller. It is suppose to be finished by next fall.  Not sure if it will be... but it's suppose to be done with everyone who is to move there.  My office won't be moving. The cafe will be so I will have a walk to get a cup of coffee if I don't bring it from home.  That will help my goals.

I have been staff on this campus for 15 years.  My plan is to stay here until I retire.  I have seen so many changes during in that time.  This one is one of the biggest.  We celebrate 50 years of being GRCC... well now it's GRC (Green River College) due to the fact people can earn their B.S./ B.A. degree here now. It's understandable.
